A Message from Executive Director, Leonard D. Young

Dear members, donors, and friends:

As we close out 2021 and move into the New Year, the Morgan Conservatory staff, volunteers, the Board of Directors and I, want to thank you for a fantastic year. As we approach the end of the second year of the COVID pandemic, the Morgan Conservatory has had a remarkably successful year. With your help, the Morgan Conservatory has survived as one of the most successful arts nonprofits in the region because of you. The support we have received through these times has strengthened the Morgan Conservatory and we are presented with a great future.

Our workshop programs are as strong as ever. We plan five outstanding exhibitions in 2022, starting with our nationally regionalized Juried Show. We are also reaching into the community to provide papermaking workshops to students k-12 and senior communities.

We have much to be thankful for this time of the year, and we are most grateful for you. 2022 will bring f new events and the traditional events you have come to enjoy over the years. There are changes, challenges, and improvements on the horizon for us. More good things are happening with your support and the dedication of a great staff and volunteer corps. Come view exhibitions, learn about papermaking, book arts, and letterpress by taking a workshop. We wish you a Happy New Year and look forward to seeing you at the Morgan Conservatory.

Happy New Year!

Leonard D. Young

Executive Director
