03.30.2026 -- The Morgan Conservatory is hiring a Seasonal Gardener (April - September 2026) to care for and maintain our half-acre of urban greenspace, including the Sam Caraboolad Fiber Garden and a Rain Garden (in development). This role supports sustainable groundskeeping practices and contributes to the organization’s artistic and educational mission. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture, gardening, landscaping, and sustainable practices, as well as strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in our creative environment. This position reports to the Executive Director and the Facilities Manager.
