The Morgan Welcomes Destyni Green, Social Media Manager

Today we welcome Destyni Green to the Morgan staff in the position of Social Media Manager!
Destyni is a sculptural artist and writer born in Cleveland, Ohio. She holds a BFA in Sculpture + Expanded Media from Cleveland Institute of Art. Her artistic practice explores the cultural and historical narrative through ceramic and printmaking processes. Green’s work has been shown in New Beginnings at Waterloo Arts and the virtual exhibition Handled With Care. Her achievements consist of curating the virtual outdoor sculpture tour Art in our Midst: African American Sculptors to Know which was featured on Emmy award winning arts show Broad and High and her role as Chair of Youth Advisory with Graffiti Heart, a non-profit arts organization that funds pre-college scholarships and promotes approved commissioned projects and the revitalization of communities.
We are thrilled to have Destyni join our team and are so excited to bring her expertise and excitement to the Morgan. Destyni will be running the Morgan’s social media platforms and sharing the stories of artists and community members working with us. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome!
